The Tahltan Nation and Seabridge Gold Inc. are pleased to execute a far-reaching Agreement covering protections of indigenous rights, the environment and shared economic benefits for the KSM Project. Seabridge Gold’s on-going relationship with the Tahltan Nation, which began more than a decade ago, coupled with the valuable contributions Tahltan representatives made to the evolution of KSM as well as the collaborative team efforts put in by all parties involved resulted in this important milestone for the Project and the region. The entire process of the Agreement took more than three years to ensure all environmental, cultural and economic concerns of the Tahltan Nation were heard and addressed appropriately.
