Donation Request Forms

As part of our commitment to ensure local communities benefit from the KSM Project, annually, we participate in multiple initiatives and events through sponsorships and donations. In the last 10 years, we have donated more than $1.3 million towards such initiatives.

To request a donation, please download the appropriate community donation request form below and submit your completed form and supporting documents by email to ksm_community@seabridgegold.com, or deliver them to our community office in Smithers at 1330 Main Street, PO Box 2536, Smithers, BC, V0J 2N0.  

The 2026 application intake is closed, as funding has been fully allocated. Applications for the 2027 intake will open in February 2027.

PLEASE NOTE: Applications are reviewed monthly, and successful applications take 6 to 8 weeks to process following the review date. Please apply early to allow sufficient time for your application to be reviewed and processed.
