There has been concern expressed that the KSM project will impact water quality and fish species in the Unuk River. Specifically, the Price Report below suggests KSM will harm salmon. Seabridge has spent more than six years studying current water conditions along with predicted water quality for when KSM is operational. In the second report, Dr. Kennedy, a qualified professional from Simon Fraser University, refutes the first report and concludes Seabridge and its consultants are accurate in predicting KSM will not impact the Unuk River.
