Seabridge Gold (KSM Project) Invites You to a Virtual Open House
Tue, May 24, 2022, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM PDT
We invite you for a virtual open house where we will share the latest updates on our KSM Project, located 65km northwest of Stewart, BC and the site capture (early-stage construction) activities we are undertaking to responsibly advance the Project.
We believe it is important that our indigenous partners and local communities where we operate are engaged and have a good understanding of the KSM Project and what it means for northwest British Columbia.
About the KSM Project – Located 65km northwest of Stewart, BC, the KSM (Kerr-Sulphurets-Mitchell) Project is a proposed copper, gold, silver and molybdenum mine with a 52-year life. The Project received approvals under the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Act, the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act and the Nisga’a Final Agreement in 2014. The KSM Project has the potential to bring economic benefits and create multi-generation job opportunities in the region. During its five-year construction period, the Project will create more than 1,500 onsite jobs and more than 1,400 onsite jobs during its 52- year mine life.
